The guys at NVidia have been working on a awesome project: Project Shield. It is a full size game controller with built-in screen and runs an Android OS. This means that Android developers will be able to target the Shield when developing too. It looks like you will have to use the Tegra tools to target the device. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on one, but it looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer for it to be released.
